which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply

regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, as
follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that not covering, securing or
barricading 7 floor
holes in Nissan Showroom area where MEC 33KT scissors lift had been used
constituted a
hazard of scissors lift toppling or tipping over due to running into floor
holes(s).  A feasible
and useful method, among others, to correct this hazard, is to cover the
floor holes.
