regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as

follows:

lift, at heights of 15 to 20 feet, were exposed to the hazard of the lift
tipping over.  A
feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to install and
use the outriggers that
are provided with the lift.
