employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and
health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41,

section of raised chassis could be exposed to being crushed by falling
chassis.  A useful and feasible means of abatement, among others, is to
provided a written standard operating procedure for installing and securing
the axle stands under the front section of the raised chassis.
