alterations/renovations of electrical wiring and lighting fixtures, did not
ensure that ladders were not used to achieve additional heights from the
sizzor lift work platform.
Feasible methods for abatement:
(1)Develop and implement safety training procedures for employees on the
manufactures safety and operations manuals before operating rental
equipment.
(2)Employees shall be instructed on how to recognize and avoid unsafe
conditions when using or working from rental equipment.
(3)Only trained and authorized personal shall be permitted to rental
equipment.
