Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the following hazards: (a)Employees were not protected from fall hazards at all times while moving about the tower at the workplace. One among other methods of abatement is to provide dual lanyards or safety nets or safety lines at all times. (b)Employer did not prohibit employees from being on loads suspended from materiel hoists at the workplace.
