was worn below the wear indicator bars which caused the tire to spin, lose
traction, and
slide when the brakes were applied. Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is to replace the worn tire on the
Caterpillar
loader and ensure that the tires on the loader are maintained in
accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications.
