Section 88.4 - Code of Iowa (1999)
88.4:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment
which was free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm
to employees in that employees were exposed to radiation hazards:
(a)In the Production Area - Employees operating sealing machines #2, #4,
#5 and
#6 are exposed to radiation hazards in the electrical field of up to 632
V/m.
The Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) for the electrical field is 67.92
V/m.  Also employees operating machine #5 were exposed to radiation hazards
in the magnetic field of up to .69 A/m.  The MPE for the magnetic field is
.601 A/m.  This could result in damage to the eyes, cns, blood, immune
system or reproductive system.  Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable abatement method to correct the hazard is to implement
engineering
and/or administrative controls as described in ANSI/IEEE C95.1 or other
recognized industry standards.
