capable of preventing
movement of the racks. (2) Install plaques showing the load capacities of
the racks.

center rack while standing on an unsecured pallet on the forks without a
guardrail.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14
feet.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to use a
platform with standard guardrails that is secured to the forks in a manner
that would prevent it
from coming off the forks while in use.e
