Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  At construction site, employee was taking a ride in Digger Ford 555C
while the
equipment was moving throw the road of the construction area.  One
feasible and
acceptable method to correct this hazard is to use and adecuate vehicle to
transport the
employees.
Hazard:  Falls.
a.  En el sitio de la construccion, empleados cogiendo un aventon en una
excavadora
Ford 555C mientras el equipo se mantenia en movimiento por la carretera
del area de
construccion.  Un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
utilizar un
vehiculo adecuado para transportar empleados.
