a.  Receive solar burns or illness due to the bad weather.  The employer
did not provide
a way of protection against the solar rays and rainy days for the guards
in charge to
protect the north part of the facilities.  Among others methods, one
feasible and
acceptable method to correct this hazard is built a small house to provide
protection
against solar rays and rainy days.
