a) Receive serious injuries or death from falls.Two employees worked at
east area on a
steel building of 320 feet long x 320 feet wide x 25 feet wide being
constructed. They
walked over a steel beam of 40 feet long x 9 inches wide  x 33 inches
height at 25 feet
over the floor level without fall protections.Among other methods an
acceptable
one to
correct this hazard is to install anchorage and life lines to protect the
employees attach
to safety belt.

trabajaban en la area
este en un edificio de acero de 320 pies de largo x 320 pies de ancho x 25
pies de alto
que se estaba construyendo. Ellos caminaban sobre una viga de acero 40

x 9 pulgadas de ancho x 33 pulgadas de alto & 25 pies desde el nivel del
piso sin
