a. Receive injuries due to fall from a portable metal ladder (2-24 feet)
while doing works
of alarm system instalation. The employee was exposed to fall when he use
both hands
to do his work without any protection from fall. Among other method, one
feasible
and
acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard is to use a personal
fall arrest
system.

caidas cuando
tenia que usar ambas manos para realizar su trabajo sin ningun tipo de
