Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Receive serious and body injuries with chemicals such as Leucophor BSB Liquid, Sandopan DTC-100 Liquid, Citric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, SandoClean PC and others, at the Wet Process area. Facilities for Quick drenching or flushing of eye and body were not provided a flow of water. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is providing a portable emergency eye wash. Recibir lesiones serias en los ojos y cuerpo con quimicos tales como Leucophor BSB Liquid, Sandopan DTC-100 Liquid, Citric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, SandoClean PC y otros. En el area de "Wet Process" . Facilidades para el rapido lavado de ojos y cuerpo no provee el flujo de agua. Entre otros metodos uno aceptable para corregir este es riesgo proveyendo un lavado de ojos de emergencia portatil.
