furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a. Receive serious injuries due to delay in access to exit. Six employees
were working
in a building office (15 feet x 27 feet - 405 sq.feet) at the third floor,
for customer
assistance. Acording to N.F.P.A.1985: Sec. 27-1.7.1 the minimal occupancy
requirement
shall be not less than one person per 100 sq. feet. Among other methods,
one
feasible
and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is the relocation
of excess
employees.
a. Recibir serias lesiones debido a demora hacia las salida. Seis
empleados trabajaban en
una oficina para atender clientes  (15 x 27 pies -405 pies cuadrados) en
el tercer piso.
De acuerdo al N.F.P.A. 1985. Sec. 27-1.7.1. el requisito minimo de
ocupacion debe ser
no mas de una persona por cada 100 pies cuadrados. Se crea problemas de
hacinamiento.
Entre otros metodos, uno aceptable y posible para corregir este riesgo es
la relocalizacion
del exceso de personal.
