T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
In that, an employee was not trained on the safety procedures of the
equipment he was working
on and there wasn't documentation for the mandatory use of the safety
equipment provided.  A
feasible and acceptable method among others would be to require all
employees to lift the beds
with a hydraulic jack and install jack stands.
