METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS to comply with ANSI B30.11, Monorail
Systems and Underhung Cranes, Section 11-3.2.4, by testing the limit
switch at the
beginning of each shift, under no load.  If the switch is inoperable, the
operator shall
immediately notify the appropriate person for repair.
