LIMITED TO ACETONE, STYRENE MONOMER, AND SEMI FINISHED RESINS ARE
REGULARLY HANDLED, A MONITORING SYSTEM WAS NOT IN PLACE TO DETECT
AND SOUND AN ALARM WHEN FLAMMABLE VAPOR AIR MIXTURES REACH 10
OF THE SUBSTANCES LOWER EXPLOSIVE LIMITS (LEL) SO THAT CORRECTIVE
MEASURES COULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT AN IGNITION.
