INSURE THE SAFETY OF THE THOSE WORKING IN AND AROUND THE LOADER.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THE HAZARDS IS TO
INSTALL A FUNCTIONING HORN AND BACKUP ALARM AND INSTALL SEAT BELTS
IN THE LOADER.
