methods a feasible and
acceptable abatement method is to :  1)  Install an audible alarm that can
be turned on when
trailers are to be moved and train employees on what the audible alarm
means; 2)  Install a
visible alarm such as a flashing light that can be turned on when
employees are moving trailers
and train employees what the visible alarm means; 3)  Instruct employees
pushing trailers to
have at least one employee stand in front of the trailer to warn any
employees in the area of the
moving trailer.
