rotating pipe that was being threaded by the machine.  No method was
provided to
effectively shut off the power to the machine, other than the motor
control switch, which
may be outside the reach of the operator.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would
be to provide a foot switch for this machine, as recommended by the
manufacturer in
their foot switch policy, issued to all their distributors 10/26/87 and
re-issued 2/2/93.ed
