Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Employee was exposed to fall hazards while working in an aerial lift at the Solar Crete Building without fall protection. A feasible and useful means of abatement would be to provide and ensure the use of appropriate fall protection in accordance with the American National Standards Institute, ANSI A92.5-1992 Standard for Boom-supported Elevating Work Platforms. Have the employee wear fall arrest anytime that they are in the aerial lift. "NO DOCUMENTATION OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM"
