1)Develop a written lockout/tagout program that complies with the American
National Standard for Personnel Protection - Lockout/Tagout of Energy

2) Train all employees in the proper methods of lockout/tagout.
3)Provide identification of energy isolating devices to indicate their
function,
equipment supplied, and energy type and magnitude.
