of the unguarded revolving auger of a Gemaco Slipform Paver;
on or about 4/13/99.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other methods, one feasible method to reduce this hazard is to.
1)Follow the manufactures operator's manual which states on page
#45 in section #3 under WARNING "DO NOT OPERATE
THE AUGERS CONTINUOUSLY WHEN WASHING THE
MACHINE". "WHEN WASHING THE AUGERS, THEY
MUST NOT BE OPERATING".
