traveling, on or about 04/11/00.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is:
To provide an approved platform designed for this purpose, securely
attached to the forks and
to prohibit the practice of riding on this platform while the forklift
truck is traveling.
