made up of poly vinyl chloride (PVC) schedule 40 and running under
a pressure of 120 psi. Furthermore, sections 842.32,842.43, and
849.52(b) of the (ANSI/ASME) B31.8-1986 prohibit the installation
of such systems above ground except when completely enclosed.y
