Nevada Revised Statute 618.375(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that: (a)Inside the facility, an employee was seriously injured after making lifts in excess of 25 pounds without assistance being provided. One feasible and acceptable method, among others, to correct this hazard is to provide assistance for employees making heavy lifts and require that this assistance be utilized.
