employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
A)Death and fracture due to fall, at the road # 642 Bo Monte Bello in the
bridge
over the river construction in Manti.  One employee soldering the metal
shorring
to the construction step on the bucket of The
excavator(mark,Caterpillar.serial,76U2910,225)at 12 feet from the ground
level
without fall protection.  One feasible abatement method among others to
correct
this hazards is the use of a platform or the use of the safety belt or
guardrails.
A)Muerte y fracturas debido a caida,en la carretera # 642 Bo Monte Bello
en la
construccioon del puente sobre el rio en Manati.  Un empleado soldando
apuntalamiento de metal parado en la canasta de una excavadora (marca,
Caterpillar,serie,76U2910,225) a 12 pies del nivel de la tierra sin
proteccion
contra caida.  Un metodo factible entre otros para correguir este riesgo
es el uso
del cinturon de seguridad o barranda.
