employee step on a wood scaffold to install a formwork to the block wall
with the
following dimensions:  44 inches wide and 9 feet height from the ground.
One
feasible abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard are braced
the
block wall to prevent the collapse.

en caso
de colapso.  En el lado sur de la casa en construccion en el Bo. Factor #1
de
Arecibo, un empleado parado en un andamio de madera para instalar un molde
en la pared de bloques con las siguientes dimensiones: 44 pulgadas de
ancho y 9
pies sobre el nivel del terreno.  Un metodo factible y aceptable, entre
otros para
corregir este riego es fijar la pared de bloques para prevenir que se
colapse.
