Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: A)Accidents may result due to impacts with the blocks walls in case of collapse. At the south side of the constructing house in Bo. Factor #1 of Arecibo. One employee step on a wood scaffold to install a formwork to the block wall with the following dimensions: 44 inches wide and 9 feet height from the ground. One feasible abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard are braced the block wall to prevent the collapse. A)Accidentes pueden resultar debido a impacto con las paredes de bloques en caso de colapso. En el lado sur de la casa en construccion en el Bo. Factor #1 de Arecibo, un empleado parado en un andamio de madera para instalar un molde en la pared de bloques con las siguientes dimensiones: 44 pulgadas de ancho y 9 pies sobre el nivel del terreno. Un metodo factible y aceptable, entre otros para corregir este riego es fijar la pared de bloques para prevenir que se colapse.
