Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Contusion, back injuries due to fall and respiratory illnesses due to
the air
condition system is not supply sufficient air and the floor have holes and
when
rain to much the office flood.  In the Departamento de la Familia in
Quebradillas.
One feasible abatement method,among others to correct this hazard is
repair
the
floor,the air condition system or relocated the offices.
a)Contunsiones,lesiones de espalda debido a caidas y enfermedades
respiratorias
debido a que el sistema de aire acondicionado no suple suficiente aire y
cuando
llueve mucho se inunda la oficina.  En el departamento de la Familia en
Quebradillas.  Un metodo factible entre otros para corregir este riesgo es
reparar
el piso , el aire acondicionado o relocalizar la oficina.zar
