Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando
o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
A)Suffocation and other injuries may result. Employees working in
differents task
with some of the roof ligth  broken and the air condition system out of
service.
In the "Departamento De Educacion (Distrito # 2 )" in Arecibo.  One
feasible and
acceptable abatement method among others to correct this hazard is;
Install new bulbs and repair or install a new air condition system
A)Sofocacion y otras lesiones pueden resultar. Empleados estan trabajando
en
diferentes tareas con algunas luces del techo rotas y el sistema de aire
acondicionado fuera de servicio..  En el Departamento De Educacion
(distrito 2)
en Arecibo.  Un metodo factible y aceptable entre otros para corregir este
riesgo
es;
Instalar bombillas nuevas y reparar o instalar un sistema de aire
acondicionado nuevo.cionado
