Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Illnesses and respiratory problems due the class room dust concentration
and poor
ventilation.  Teachers giving class in this condition in the school
Cayetano Coll
y Toste in Arecibo.  One feasible abatement method, among others to
correct this
hazards is:
Relocated the teachers and or to the construction in others hours.
a)Enfermedades y problemas respiratorios debido a que los salones de
clases tienen
una alta concentracion de polvo y poca ventilacion.  Maestros dando clases
en
estas condiciones en la escuela Cayetano Coll y Toste en Arecibo.  Un
metodo
factible entre otros para corregir este riesgo es:
Relocalizar a los maestros y hacer la construccion a otras horas.
