Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
A)Ashtmas, soffocation and injuries due to the air condition system was not
working.  In the "C.I.C", "Seguridad y Proteccion", "Relaciones con la
comunidad" offices and in the office of the "Certificados de conducta"
southwest
side of the police department in Arecibo.  One feasible abatement method,
among
others, to correct this hazard is:
Repair the air condition system.
A)Asma, sofocacion y lesiones debido a que el sistema de aire
acondicionado no
trabajaba.  En las oficinas del C.I.C, Seguridad y Proteccion, Relaciones
con la
comunidad y Certificados de conducta, en el  lado suroeste del
Departamento
de
la Policia en Arecibo.  Un metodo factible entre otros para corregir este
riesgo
es:
Reparar el sistema de aire acondicionado.
