Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At the welding shop of the "Municipio de Manati" were found the exhaust
system
damage, the employees were exposed to injuries and illnesses in the
respiratory system,
due to inhalation of fumes when melt metals such as iron and steel to
welder. Among
other methods, one feasible and acceptable to abatement is arrange a new
exhaust
system
in the wall.
a)En el taller de soldadura de el "Municipio de Manati" se encontro el
sistema de
extraccion danado, los empleados estan expuestos a enfermedades y lesiones
en el sistema
respiratorio, debido a las inhalaciones de vapores cuando funden los
metales tales como;
hierro, acero para soldar. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable
para corregir es
colocar un nuevo sistema de extraccion en la pared.cion
