exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)The employees were exposed to falls, lacerations, contusions and other
injuries when
they use the fire hoses with the Water Pressure Relief System that is
located in the fire
truck because this system is not working correctly, among other methods
one feasible and
acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is install a new
Pressure Relief
System to the fire trucks or repair the actual system installed on the
fire trucks.
a)Los empleados fueron expuestos a caidas, laceraciones, contusiones y
otras lesiones
cuando ellos usan las mangueras contra incendios con el sistema de presion
del agua que
esta localizado en el camion Bomba, debido a que este sistema no esta
trabajando
correctamente, entre otros metodos un metodo de correccion aceptable y
factible para
corregir este riesgo es instalar un nuevo Sistema de Igualar Presion o
reparar el sistema
actual que se encuentra instalado en los camiones.
b)At the painting areas in machine shop from the Fire Station in Arecibo
the employer did
not provided an exhaust system. The employees were exposed to injuries and
illnesses
in the respiratory system, due to inhalation of fumes and chemicals when
melt paint the
trucks. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable to abatement is
provide
a new
exhaust system in the wall.
b)El area de pintar en el taller de la Estacion de Bomberos en Arecibo el
patrono no
proveyo un sistema de extraccion. Los empleados estan expuestos a
enfermedades y
lesiones en el sistema respiratorio debido a inhalaciones de vapores y
quimicos cuando
pintan los camiones. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para
corregir es
proveer un nuevo sistema de extraccion en la pared.
c)At the machine shop the following conditions were found the followings
conditions: the
hose of the Hydraulic Jack (trademark Gate G06127, made in USA) without the
appropriate clamps the system were found joint with hardware braces. The
air hose
(trademark Gate 119 1/2 - Inch 6.3 ml) were found join half-away with
adhesive tape,
and the hose connector were found without original clamps among other
methods, one
feasible and acceptable abatement method is provide original clamps to the
hydraulic
jack
and eliminate the air hose and provide a new hose with the original clamps.
Employees were expose to serious.
c)En el taller de la Estacion de Bomberos en Arecibo se encontraron las
siguientes
condiciones: La manga del Gato Hidraulico (marca Gate G06127-Made in USA)
sin
abrazaderas originales debido a que se encontraron con abrazaderas
comunes, la manga
de aire (marca Gate 119 1/2- Inch 6.3 ml) se encontraron empatadas a la
mitad con cinta
adhesiva, y los conectores de la manga se encontraron sin las abrazaderas
originales.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir es colocar las
abrazaderas
originales del Gato Hidraulico y eliminar la manga de aire y colocar una
nueva con
abrazaderas originales.
Empleados estan expuestos a lesiones serias.
