Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a)The employees were exposed to falls, lacerations, contusions and other injuries when they use the fire hoses with the Water Pressure Relief System that is located in the fire truck because this system is not working correctly, among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is install a new Pressure Relief System to the fire trucks or repair the actual system installed on the fire trucks. a)Los empleados fueron expuestos a caidas, laceraciones, contusiones y otras lesiones cuando ellos usan las mangueras contra incendios con el sistema de presion del agua que esta localizado en el camion Bomba, debido a que este sistema no esta trabajando correctamente, entre otros metodos un metodo de correccion aceptable y factible para corregir este riesgo es instalar un nuevo Sistema de Igualar Presion o reparar el sistema actual que se encuentra instalado en los camiones.
