employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Electric hazard; Employees used and worked under metal bridge where the
crane mark American, Model 7530, Serial Number 8007-A02484 give support
to this one and where the boom of the crane made contact with electric
line of
2400 volts and these one had not been deenergized.
Location: Road 423, Km 2.4, Moca, San Sebastian
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is deenergize the electric lines.
a)Riesgo electrico; Empleados utilizaron y trabajaron debajo de un puente
de
metal donde la grua marca American, modelo 7530, numero de serie 8007-
A02484 daba soporte a este y donde el boom de la grua hacia contacto con
lineas electricas de 2400 voltios y estas no fueron denergizadas.
Localizacion: Carretera 423, Km 2.4, Moca, San Sebastian
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de correccion para este
riesgo es denergizar las lineas electricas.":

collapse.

correct this hazard is tie the system using rods in cross brazing.

seguramente
para prevenir que se colapsara.

riesgo es amarrar el sistema utilizando varillas de forma cruzada."
