Kawasaki Mule, model KAF620-2510 for carry and transportation operation
and these one were not trained in how operate safetly the vehicle and
familiarize with the different component of the mule and specification of
the
manufacturer.

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is provide training to employees and follow the
manufacturer specifications.
a)Aplastado o golpeado por Mula Kawasaki; Empleados utilizaron y operaron
una Mula Kawasaki, modelo KAF620-2510 para operacion de transporte y
carga y estos no fueron adiestrado en como operar el vehiculo seguramente y
familiarizarlos con los diferentes componentes de la Mula y
especificaciones
del manufacturero.

Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de correccion para este
riesgo es proveer adiestramiento a los empleados y seguir las
especificaciones
