Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:

a)Falling Hazard; Employees used one portable metal ladder to storage
different
materials such as kettles, plastic plate, spoons, saucepans and others
which
was not provided of railings.

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is provide an apropiate ladder with rails to perform
the
operation safetly.
a)Riesgo de caida; empleados utilizaron una escalera portatil de metal para
almacenar diferentes materiales tales como; ollas, platos plasticos,
cucharas,
cacerolas y otros la cual no estaba provista de barandas.
Localizacion; Area de almacenaje del establecimiento, Bo: Calero Aguadilla
Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de correccion para este
riesgo es proveer una escalera apropiada con barandas para realizar la
operacion segura."n
