Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serous physical harm to employees that were exposed to: At the jobsite an employee on the roof was working under the lull lift forks as it was raised 3 feet above the roof with a load of roofing materials. The employee was untangling the life line used for fall protection on or about 08-28-98. Among other methods, one feasible method for abating the hazard would be to move the lull lift so that the over head load exposure is eliminated.
