Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupation Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to burns where a portion of the exhaust vent on the Main Fryer was not provided with insulation. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method would be to replace all the insulation around the exhaust.
