Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: In the outside of the establihsment, in the air condition unit - the presences of doves with where fecal feces were observed, that enter by the open screen of the respirator of the air condition system. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatment method to correct the hazard is exterminate the dove and colocate a new screen with the hole very little. Hazard: Respiratory sistem illness. En la parte de afuera del establecimiento, en la unidad del acondicionador de aire - la presencia de palomas donde fue observada sus excrementos entran por la rejilla del respiradero del sistema del acondicionador de aire. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo es exterminar las palomas y colocar nuevas rejillas con el hueco bien pequeno. Riesgo: Enfermedades del sistema respiratorio.
