installed:
a) 109 Bolmar Street - A worker was pinned and sustained injuries when roof
trusses that were being installed over a flat roof collapsed.  Observed
07/15/97.
ABATEMENT NOTE: One feasible means of abatement would be to install
bracing in
accordance with HIB-91.
