To install a momentary contact device and follow the Ridge Tool Company's
"Important
Footswitch Policy" described in a letter to all Ridge Distributors dated
October 26, 1987 and
in the letter dated February 2, 1993 to all Authorized Service Centers.
NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this
item in accordance
with 29 CFR 1903.19.
