Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 a)North Side of the Site - The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognizable hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, seven steel trusses were erected which were not provided with adequate temporary bracing and bracing anchorage as per the standard industry practice. Among other means of feasible and acceptable abatement would have been to provide temporary bracing connected to all trusses and anchor the bracing to the masonry wall.
