cutting grass on the West Side of Market Garden Road, Fort Campbell, KY.
An employee
operating a John Deer 737 Z Trak Tractor was not wearing the
manufacturer's supplied seat
belt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to train employees to wear the safety belt whenever they are operating
the equipment and
to enforce the wearing of the safety belt while operating equipment with
Roll Over Protection
System (ROPS).
