crushing hazards while operating forklifts without wearing seat belts.

correct this hazard is
to require employers to wear seat belts when operting folklifts as
referenced in ANSI B56 1-
1913, Secton 5.3.19:  An active aperator protection device or system, when
provided, shall be
used.
