exposed to a struck-by/crushing hazard when not wearing a seat belt while
operating a
Pettibone rough terrain forklift.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would be to
follow manufacturers's recommendation which states to wear seat belts at
all times.
