undertake a program of periodic inspections to enforce the wear of seat
belts as outlined in
American National Standards Institute ANSI B56.1a-1989 and American
Society of Mechanical
Engineers ASME B56.1-1993 - Safety Standards for Low Lift and High Lift
Trucks.
