were exposed to a building that was not structurally sound nor did they
contact a structural
engineer that would ensure the integrity of the building:
Job Site - The structure/building located at 80 Prospect Village was not
structurally sound
nor inspected by a competent person to ensure the safety of employees
working in the
building.
