Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Cluster II Site of Rio Mar Residential Resort Villas, at the
Administration Office
where the employees do administrative work: were observed craks on the
structure.
During rainy days the water filtrates and get the floor wet where the
employees transit.
Hazard: In rainy days, slips and falls.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is repair the craks and places by where the water filtrates.
En el Puesto Cluster II del Rio Mar Residential Resort Villas, en la
Oficina de
Administracion, donde los empleados realizan tareas administrativas: se
observaron varias
grietas en la estructura. Durante dias lluviosos se filtra el agua y moja
el piso por donde
los empleados transitan.
Riesgo: En dias lluviosos, resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es reparar
las grietas y lugares por donde se filtra el agua.

At the Cluster Site II of Rio Mar Residential Resort Villas, at the

where the employees do administrative work: was observed a septic tank
opening of 7.5
inches diameter. During rainy days sewage overflow and did wet the floor.
Hazard: In rainy days, slips, falls and employee exposure to sewage.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is clean the septic tank and mantain it clean.
En el Puesto Cluster II del Rio Mar Residential Resort Villas, en la
Oficina de
Administracion, donde los empleados realizan tareas administrativas: se
observo una
abertura correspondiente al pozo muro, de 7.5 pulgadas de diametro.
Durante dias
lluviosos se desbordaban las aguas usadas con excremento.
Riesgo: En dias lluviosos, resbalones, caidas y exposicion de los
empleados a las aguas
usadas con excremento.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es limpiar
el pozo muro y mantenerlo limpio.
